Build Your Own BID

Enabling Success at Every Layer

February 5, 2026 @ 12PM MT

In October 2024, while attending Keenan’s Revenue S.P.E.E.D. Model lecture, a critical realization struck: while I had built sales training, worked on CRM processes, and supported revenue teams’ targets, we all spoke a different language when it came to what a great opportunity looked like. The result? New sellers struggle to know which questions to ask, managers are left guessing about deal health, and leadership lacks the confidence to accurately plan for revenue.

The solution lies in a single, crucial element that acts as the connective tissue between these layers: Buyer Input Data (BID).

This workshop will focus on enabling you to write the shared language for your organization to ensure maximum results for your efforts. By refocusing your sales strategy around BID, you won’t just train skills or manage opportunities in isolation you’ll create a robust integration strategy where every layer of the sales organization supports the other.

PS. I strongly recommend reading Keenan’s eBook: Revenue S.P.E.E.D. Model before this session.

Participants leave with the foundational elements needed to design their organization’s BID

BIO:

Certified Sales Enablement Leader focused on scaling revenue in high-growth B2B SaaS environments. I train teams to move beyond feature dumping and obsess over solving critical business problems. My approach is grounded in the intersection of process and psychology, ensuring enablement initiatives result in measurable behavioral changes.

In 2024, I led the full implementation of GAP Selling, installing a rigorous framework for value creation. I have seen firsthand how teaching sellers to diagnose root causes and identify the “gap” between current struggles and future success can transform average performers into trusted consultants. I don’t just teach sales; I build the infrastructure for teams to consistently crush quotas.
